In September, 2010 representatives of NGOs and the Interior Ministry from three regions of Russia visited Educational Centre in Legionovo (Poland) within the frames of a study tour on the experience exchange. This study tour was initiated by RPO “Human being and Law”.
The participants learned about principals of the work of Educational Centre, technical equipment, development of plans and educational programs, and the system of professional training.
