1 March, 2010 year. The  Republic of Mari El, Yoshkar-Ola. On 26 February 2010 the Yoshkar-Ola town court of Mari El Republic heard the civil suit against the Ministry of Finance of Mari El Republic filed by Lyudmila Lebedeva to obtain compensation for moral damage. The court awarded her 280 000 rubles for the death of her son killed in discharge of his duty by his mate.
